Sloooooooow process:

This is what we were told:
Register Name
Get tax id number
Fill out Home Based Business Application
Fill out Business Licensing

We registered name, applied for tax id number with state.. Once we get it then we can fill out home based business application..if approved fill out business license application.

The lady told us if the home based business application was approved there would be an inspection of kitchen. State of agric. said a separate kitchen would be needed, but that's not what we were told at the county court.

The office that did the registration of name said that the county, city and state do not work together in business matters.

Was told that if COUNTY approves home based bakery we are good to go. So we'll see what happens. Still waiting on tax id.

Maybe it depends on what county you live in?
