Does anybody has a easy yet delicious strawberry mousse recipe?
I want to use it with white chocolate cake from Cake mix doctor book.

BTW, has anybody made this white chocolate cake from this book? How does it taste?

Try this recipe from cc. I saved it and I'm planning on trying it this week. It seems easy enough, just sub strawberry jam for the raspberry.

In one of the threads here on CC someone said to take 2 cups of heavy cream and start mixing it on high, when it forms into whipping cream add a small box of strawberry (or any flavor) jello. I tried it with raspberry jello and it is absolutely wonderful. You can also use pudding. I've tried chocolate pudding and it was great too. Good luck.
