I'm going to try this recipe today.
With summer here, I don't want to use any dairy products that will go bad or melt in the summer heat, so this recipe sounds like the perfect summer alternative.
I make a lot of cupcake bouquets and like to pipe flowery swirls on my cupcakes.
I'll let you know how it turns out!
