I did a rattle cake (posted in my pics..not original one hahaha)
Had it ready to go in the morning...dh walks in and says problem..ugh the top of the rattle and split in half!
so there i was at 530 in the morning baking it again to have it done in time for 10 am delivery
i made it less moist..and this time cut the bottom half so it would be flat. i got it done and delivered with 30 min. to spare

I hate when that mess happens. I have had that happen a few times. I have actually had a few cake disasters lately.
