I need to make a low sugar/ no sugar cookie that tastes good. Any recipe suggestions and/or websites would be helpful.

Splenda has some recipes. I found that oatmeal cookies do fairly well if you sub 1/2 to 3/4 of the sugar with slightly less than equal amounts of Splenda. I use the recipe on the Quaker Oats box lid

Check out www.diabetes.org in their recipes section... they don't have a whole lot of sugarfree cookies that don't require a sugar substitute, but they have a lot of low sugar cookies.
They also have a lot of great information regarding diabetes and various sweetners, including molasses.

Molasses and maple syrup are natural forms of sugar. They impact your body the exact same way as regular sugar does.
