Hi everyone...I can see why CC is sssoooo addicting...my hubby is getting sick of me running to my computer to check the CC updates!!
Anyway...my question has to do with starting a cake bussiness in Arkansas. I've seen alot of forum posts about the laws and stuff, but I haven't come across anything for AR. If anyone knows anything, could you pm me? I would be very grateful. Thanks a bunch for any help!!

Start by calling your local health department and ask who licenses home bakeries. It may be the state department of agriculture. sometimes licensing is less strict.

I was wondering if anyone found out rules for Arkansas concerning home based cake business. I have looked for two days on all kinds of regular and government sites and cant find any helpful guidlines.
