Hi all -
I found some 'short' cupcake liners at the cake store. They are about a 1/2" deep and the bottom is just a hair smaller than a standard cupcake liner...so it doesn't fit well in my regular pan. It's too big for the mini cupcake pan (to wide)...any thoughts on exactly what these are for? I bought them for cake balls but thinking they would make a cool cupcake....has anyone used these. oh, I also saw them at walmart.

I use them to make mini cheesecakes. press the graham cracker crust in the bottom, fill with the cheesecake filling and bake like you would a normal cheesecake- then top with cherry pie filling. My grandma has been making them for me forever and I love them.
