Thanks a lot for the matrix posting, but I have just one problem. Matrix would come in handy for my cakes but I also sell cookies and cheesecakes. Can anyone help me out? I am a new to this process. So I am going to need all the help I can get. Thanks a bunch icon_biggrin.gif

The standard is cost x 3 or 4, depending on several factors.

Cheesecake ingredients can be expensive unless you can buy in bulk.

Also, look at prices for similar items at bakeries and stores. you won't be able to match those prices, but you can know what is availiable in your area. there is no set formula that works for everyone.
