Best Way To Cut A Whimsical Cake?

hi, whats the best way to cut a whimsical cake when time of serving? take the tiers off one by one? or cut from the top...down?

I don't know but I would love to hear the answer, too.

My guess would be that you could cut from the top down if all the layers are the same flavor but if you want to offer different flavors (each tier a different flavor) then you would have to take it apart to cut.

I would say, if it's more than three tiers, then seperate then serve. Three tiers or less, just cut n serve.
