I'm sure I have seen this posted before, but I can't find it now. OK......I have a cake due on Sunday about 1pm. I have already baked and frozen the cakes. My question is, can I ice and decorate them today and freeze them until Sunday morning? I will be using buttercream and cream cheese icing. I would sure appreciate any help.

In my experience, cream cheese doesn't freeze very well. I got a grainy icing. But others may have had a different experience. Regular buttercream seems to freeze fine.
