I have a customer that asked me to do replicate a cake for her. It has some detail work on the fondant, and it looks like it's got a bunch of Fleur De Lis "stamped" on the fondant or impressed, or molded on the fondant.

Does anybody know how I can duplicate this design? Or where I can get something to get that design on the cake?

i believe the old purple pattern set by wilton has a fleur de lis pattern that may work.

or you could draw freehand with a non-toxic pencil and then impress it with a fluting tool or something similar.

You can also buy a rubber stamp and press it into the fondant. That's what I do because they generally have better looking designs in rubber stamps!

I saw a rubber foam fleur de lis stamp today at Michael's for 99 cents.

You could stamp the fondant.

I bought it from a cake decor store here in Melbourne. Check your local cake deco store or Wilton.

It is part of the Wilton Designer Pattern Press Set. There are two sets - one has the pieces in green and the other purple. It is part of the purple set.
