I just bought strawberry extract....I assume I just use this in place of vanilla in the buttercream recipe......right? Has anyone else used it...is it good......does it change the color of your icing?

I wish I could help you, but I've never used it. Is it clear like lemon extract is? If so, it won't color your icing. Let us know how it turns out. I'm curious about the flavor.
