FLO-COAT - Turns water into oil! Allows our Soft Gel Paste to color chocolate. By adding Flo-Coat to the chocolate, it will allow you to use any one of our Soft Gel Paste colors to give you a rich, glossy and vibrant color every time.
Flo-coat is a food coloring agent that allows you to use any of AmeriColor's Soft Gel Paste to color white chocolate and compound coatings. The usage ratio is 5 parts of Flo-Coat to 1 part of Soft Gel Paste.
