icon_eek.gif I watched Sugar Rush the other day on the food network channel. I was blown away at the "egg cake". At first, I kept thinking how did they do that bacon? Then when I saw the "yolk" come out, it grossed me out at first, but then saw it was some type of cream. My question is if the cream is left in there, won't it make the cake sorta soggy?

It was amazing to see this artist again and to watch his amazing artwork on cakes! Wish I was that good too.......

Yeah, it was amazing! I always wonder how people get so innovative with cake! I do love watching and seeing such incredible cakes, but for me--I like my cake to look like a cake. I guess I'm old fashioned.
