Does anyone have a really nice contract sheet or know of one that I could imitate? Mine is so so, but I would really like one with places for more information and more details! Thanks so much!

Please spend about $200 to get a contract sheet that is valid in your state. The Internet contract sheet can be invalid because it was written with other state law in mind. Each state governs it own commerce in its own way. So if you get a contract that was written for the state of NC and you are using it in VA it will be invalid. So its worth it to get a local lawyer in your area to write one for your personal needs.
