Simple moist cholcate cake

I have always been looking to make moist cakes from scratch and I loved this receipe!

Simple moist cholcate cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 2 table spoons margarine
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
  • 1/4 cocoa mix ( I used hershey’s )
  • 3/4 Milk
  • 3 small milk cholocate balls (I used See’s candies)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine Sugar; baking powder; flour; salt; cocoa mix in a large bowl. I used my kitchen aid. Add the vanilla flavor; milk and margarine. Mix in medium speed for about 5 to 7 mins.
  3. Grease a 9′ square pan and pour the batter in it.
  4. Melt the milk choclate balls in the microwave and add water to it and mix well.
  5. Simply pour the water mixed with choclate on to the batter. Make sure it stays even,
  6. Bake for 30 mins and serve with whip cream.
