I found this on the ICES website and thought it looked like it would be very creamy. I have not tried it yet but will the next time I make Cream Cheese frosting (which is going to be this weekend).
ICES Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
1 c. shortening
6 oz. softened cream cheese
2 lbs. confectioner’s sugar
3 tbsp. egg white powder
Dash of salt
2 tsp. clear flavoring
½ c. water
Instructions
Blend ½ cup shortening, cream cheese, sugar, egg white powder, salt, flavoring and water. Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed. Add remaining shortening and beat until light and fluffy.
