Tres Leches (very easy) Ingredients 6 eggs at room temperature1 cup sugar1 cup all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon vanilla1 can condensed milk1 can evaporated milk1 can heavy cream or 1 can media crema1/4 cup of irish cream or coffee liquor (if desired)Whipped Topping Instructions 1. Separate the eggs and beat the whites until stiff. 2. Add the yolks and vanilla. Beat until combined. 3. Sift the flour, baking powder, and sugar. 4. Fold the egg mixture into the flour mixture. 5. Place the dough on a pyrex or any dish you would like to present the cake since you will serve it on that dish. 5. Bake at 350F for aproximately 35 min or until center of the cake springs back. 6. Take out of oven and poak the cake with a knife. 7. On a bowl mix the condensed milk, evaported milk and cream and liqueour. Mix well. 8. Carefully pour on top of the baked cake and refrigerate until cold. 9. Spread whipped topping on the top of the cake. 10. Enjoy!
