Great for any chocolate cake or peanut butter cake. Pairs wonderfully with peanut butter buttercream!
Ingredients
8 oz heavy whipping cream cream
1 tbls butter
2 Tbs sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or 6oz bar chocolate, chopped
1 cup peanut butter chips
Instructions
Heat cream, butter and sugar to boiling. Turn heat off and add the chocolate and peanut butter chips. Stir until smooth. Let cool to room temperature. Ice cake with preferred method
I found chocolate peanu butter swirled chips & used them. Great addition to our chocolate cake.
