Line two 5×9 inch loaf pans with greased parchment paper. 2 Combine the almonds, Brazil nuts, walnuts, pecans, dates, red and green cherries; mix well. 3 Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine with nut mixture and mix well. 4 Beat eggs and vanilla, add to nut and flour mixture and mix well. 5 Press into 2 lined loaf pans and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
