Ok, I have to say this wedding is DECADENT!! On either side of this cake were chocolate fountains with all kinds of dippers. And they had a ton of other cakes that I made for them. This was my biggest wedding ever!!

I haven't ever used BC underneath my ganache - just the ganache by itself. Do you put it in the fridge in between? Let it crust? BTW ... great cake! I think I will try the MMB idea for a March wedding.
