Yellow cake with raspberry/lemon filling. Fondant top layer with fondant pearls covered in pearl dust. Lower tier is BC with gumpaste flowers.
My second cake themed from the paper I used to cover the board. This time I made the decos from fondant. 2 tiers with the top bigger than the bottom, like a topsy turvy cake.
Used lolipop sticks and covered w/green royal icing. Used Royal icing and made sunflowers laying flat. Once dried, they stood up PERFECTLY!
Used candy legos from candy store and secured with buttercream icing
this is a jungle themed cake I did for my son's 2nd birthday. the waterfall is piping gel and the animals are plastic other than that everything is edible.
Really didn't know what to do with this cake. The customer brought in a napkin and said she wanted the bear. I think that border turned out okay, it kinda goes with the napkin?!
Used Royal icing for the bodies and noses. Used buttercream icing for the pines and feet and tip of nose.
Standing Sunflowers, Candy Lego wall, porcupines and candy rocks and boulders.
This was a fun cake! I really like doing cakes like this, not really a princess cake fan.
A 30-person cake, it was really big! Covered & decorated with mmf.
Made from 4 8"round cakes, stacked & cut :)
