Davy Crockett Cake
This cake was for my Dad's 61st birthday, he had requested a Davy Crockett theme. Top 2 layers are fake, as it would just be too much cake! Waterfall is BC, trees are Royal Icing over molded fondant pieces. Davy is gumpaste and modeling chocolate. Thanks so much for looking :o)
