This was for my nephew's first birthday. Completely hand carved, covered in buttercream. First time ever attempting this.

The cake was done by carving 4 layers of cake into the shape. First time every doing it so he (my husband) put the frosting on with a flat tip then used the paper towel method to flatten it.
That is probably the coolest truck cake I have seen yet!
