So cool! I've been wanting to do a Guiness cake for some time now....just didn't get around to it for hubby's bday....how big was it?
Would you be willing to e-mail me how your created this cake? I think it is fabulous and would love to make it for a friends's 30th birthday on St Patties Day!
It is just 5 rounds stacked up, covered with fondant, and hand-painted.
I am new at this...what do you use to paint the fondant? Did you use a dowel to support the stacked cakes? Was the gold made with the luster dust?
