My daughter wanted a horse themed cake for her birthday that said, "Happy Birthday Cowgirl". I wanted to try the piping gel for water. I wish I had made a pond or a longer stream. I originally planned on the horse drinking water but I did my transfer backwards. I have never done two colors (sky and grass) before but the smoothing wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be. I would do something different next time with the line between the sky and grass. Any ideas on how to make that look better?
