Construction Cake
Thanks to SweetResults for inspiration for this cake! It was a chocolate cake with buttercream icing. The chocolate "boulders" were very yummy! The kids were very excited to "eat a rock"! This cake was super easy and so much fun to make! It was a huge hit at my 4 year old son's birthday!

They are solid chocolate!. The coating was hard - they reminded me of an m and m. The smaller ones were pretty easy to eat, but the larger ones had to be cut. And we were very surprised, they tasted really good!
