40Th Birthday U Of L Cake
This was an Italian Cream cake (top) from mix, and chocolate chocolate-chip cake (bottom). It is covered with a cream cheese icing. The decorations are all fondant (MMF). The people and numbers are Wilton fondant. Thanks to aine2 for the facial instructions she put together! The decorations on the sides are for the woman's highschool (SHA), college (University of Louisville) and her workplace (GE). She has a husband and two young boys who are all blond.

Awesome... good idea picturing all the angles...the ge emblem is perfect...how is the 40 standing up?
the 40 is actually on some long skewer things.... the fondant is wrapped around it and then I stuck it into the cake :) turned out pretty good... and I wanted them to be crooked like that...sorta whimsical looking
