These were made with leftover chocolate fudge cake. I then added caramel and a little (tsp) of coffe liquor for the binder. I added some finely chopped toasted pecans and voila. They are so good!!!! I dipped some in powdered sugar, some in cocoa, some in nuts and dipped some in dark chocolate. The dark chocolate was the best. The cocoa and powdered sugar don't provide enough of a texture difference.
