The top border is just a made-up vine, sort of like a grapevine wreath made with tip #10, with a smaller green vine running through it.
I love it when people do a fancy sheet cake! It's so beautiful! That grapevine border is fantastic!
This is so pretty! What tip did you use to make the mums??
The mums are made use a small rose tip (#101), I make them on a stick instead of a nail. Very similar to making roses on a stick except you do not make a center and make smaller petals.
