Princess Birthday
Made this for a lady at church who is turning 40. She is the most adoralbe down syndrome person I have ever met. She truly believes she is a princess! I know she is going to be very happy with this cake. Bottom is strawberry cake filled with fresh strawberries and cream cheese. Top is butter cake with lemon curd and buttercream. Covered in fondant.
