Wilton Course 3 Final Prjoect
A tiered cake covered in fondant. The white roses in the front is a corsage that was given to me from my Mother-in-law, the peachy roses right next to the white roses are fondant roses, and the clumps of peachy flowers on top of the tiers are peach colored petunias made of royal icing. Sadly nobody got to eat this cake because the cake portion was screwed up. My fiance didn't notice the cake in the oven and turned the oven on to broil. It was funny WAY after it happened. :-)
i think its better no one got to eat it b/c it hurts your soul when u have to cut such a beauty ...............very nice cake congrats
