Wedding Cake From Hell
i have one word for you guys HUMIDITY!!!!!! Last night everything was going great. We wake up today and it is storming and i swear to you our humidity must have been like 200% . the icing never crusted. So we could not use the viva trick. Then we tried the hot spatula trick and the icing was practically falling off the cake. This was as good as we could get it we ran out of time.
Is that a pampered chef simple additions platter I see there? (I'm a consultant that is why I ask)

this was for a friend of my cousins. she says she loved it but come now look at this cake. No one could love this cake. I dont know why anyone would lie and say they liked it. the mother of thr groom says she loved it as well. lies lies lies......

Quick tip!! Instead of hot spatula, try cold water with ice cubes in it when it is humid, it works!!
