This cake is 10" chocolate bottom, 8" white middle and 6" chocolate and white top layer. The tiara is MMF and gumpaste mix with pearl luster dust. Frosted in BC with BC dots and pink ribbon. I cannot frost BC smooth for the life of me! Thanks to Dennisclan for the idea.

Love this cake. For smoother buttercream, after icing and let sit for 5-10 minutes, place wax paper on cake (in sections), then warm your off-set spatula and smooth over the bc. Again, your cake is beautiful!!
Stephanie this is a beuatiful cake! To smoothe your bc try letting it dry for about 10-15 min then lay a viva paper towel against the side and smoothe it with a fondant smoother or the flat of your hand or fingertips. Same with the top.
try using a viva paper towel when the icing has dried a little. believe me, it makes a world of difference. you made a beautiful cake. good job.
