Kimhering: No, I just use the SMBC as is. I am using 10 egg whites, 6 sticks of butter, 2 cups of sugar, and some vanila flavoring. It works fine even for flower. To help move the flower from the flower nail, I usually put them in the fridge for 10 minutes.
