Taco Close Up
taco shell is almond bark tinted yellow formed into shape. Meat is chocolate cake and choc BC mixed together. Lettuce is green coconut, cheese is almond bark tinted yellow and shaved with a knife. Tomatos are cherry choc chips melted and formed. Sour cream is whipped store bought frosting. There is another picture of these on a tray wrapped in Taco Bell paper.

Well, I'm wanting a taco now. How did you do that? Great job!
I melted the almond bark and some shortening added food gel and made circles on wax paper. I gave them a minute to sort of harden and then I laid them over a mac n' cheese box with a rolled up towel to make it rounded. Into the fridge. They were really pretty sturdy.
so each taco is a cake? ..mmm looks good.
I love all the tacos I've seen, but the paper really makes them look real! Did you just ask for some at Taco Bell? Fantastic!
I do a lot of "food" cakes so I ask all the time... taco bell, subway, whataburger. I always try to make one or two extra and take them to the manager.
Not doesn't this look delicious! Just like the real thing! Pass the taco sauce!! :D
