My birthday was celebrated with a family picnic, so I did this cake (as one of 3) to take with us. It is white mudcake with lemoncurd, strawberrymousse and whitechocolatemousse with fresh strawberries. Covered and decorated with sugarpaste. The teddy-bears are made of sugar dough.
