Roller Coaster Cake

got this idea from wilton yearbook 1993. It was on the cover as a birthday cake with a #5 in the center of the coaster but I am using it for a county fair competition. If you make this be sure to make your coaster rails closer together than I did as the top horizontal rail will pipe better and be smoother. The royal icing needs to be med .consistency or the rail will droop big time! learned that the hard way!!

Thanks, weefoot! I'm entering all three CD categories. A whimsey wedding and a ducky baby shower. Check my photos. I hope I do well, as I just started doing this CD thing the last couple of months.
