SweetResults on 14 Jul 2006 , 1:48am They were 8" cakes, I had them baked and frozen in one weekend, but I had to decorate them all in one day to deliver them the day before the wedding since I was IN the wedding as well! Each cake took about 25 min from frosting to fondant to finish. I had the chocolates made ahead of time as well. So it wasn't too bad. I used meringue bc so I was not sure how far ahead I could decorate and leave them out.
