Corporate Cake

This is (2) 12 x 18 sheetcakes - torted & filled. One is 7UP lemon cake w/ a lemon lime curd & the other is a chocolate root-beer cake with root-beer flavored buttercream. The "confetti" are little stars - and the shells on the edge are red, white, & blue striped using Wilton's "bag striping" technique w/ Americolors.

the flavors sound AMAZING and I think your cake is great! Simple, yet striking . . . the logo carries the cake. I read what you went through with this cake and it is ten times better than the other cake they went with in the past. Congrats on having the courage to try such a hard task (such a big cake AND it's torted and filled!) you pulled it off well. Please follow up to let us know how the flavors worked out!!! Where did you find the recipes?
