These are adorable! I totally love them. I have been looking for this type of pan/mold but with no luck. I visited the site & they have lots of items I would like, but unfortunately for me, they ONLY SHIP IN THE USA!
These are done with Kathy Scott molds. You cut the cake w/a cutter (included) and then coat the mold with chocolate, let it harden, put in the cake, and then cover w/chocolate again!! Great little set and this is probably the only way I'll do minis from now on. Just have to get the round and square molds though!! They feed at least 2 people. 4, 3, 2, & 1 inch cakes....1.5' high.
I'd like to know where you got the pans too. I've never seen mini cake pans in any store. Guess i don't know where to look. So are these cakes covered with a hard chocolate?
Gorgeous....and the pans are facinating...I will have to locate those! ...I found them. She has an Ebay store where you can buy them, or go to www.sweetexpressions.com to find out more. She will also be at www.cakecamp.com in Las Vegas in September with a demo using these and most likely selling them as well - I'm going!!!

flourgirl - I think the correct web address for her is: www.sweetexpress.net. The other one is for chocolate baskets.
