Very Pretty!! I too would like to know how made this!
The dress is 4 tiers - 12, 10, 9, and 6 and once they were iced and stalked, I carved it to the shape I wanted. I then covered the dress part with fondant and began to cover the dress with fondant petals that were dusted with pink and white lustre dust. I also added some yellow so that the fondant petals matched the actual dress petals. I hope this makes sense...I am lousy at explaining things. Thanks.
