My aunt wanted a real whipped cream cake for my cousin's birthday. I had never worked with real whipped cream so I learned the hard way it is almost impossible to decorate with. The blue writing and sailboat bled all over the whipped cream. I was so embarassed but she insisted on paying me for it. Any tips welcome
