This was a fun one. French vanilla cake. Took the tops of the layers that I cut off to level, shoved them in a small bowl to shape, and froze it. Trimmed it up to make it look like a volcano. Buttercream icing colored brown, red piping gel for lava. Bones are of royal icing. Dinosaurs and large trees are not edible, everything else is.
