This was a wedding cake done for my uncle. They got married two days after Christmas at the Mission Inn in Riverside. The wedding theme was winter Christmas and she wanted snowflakes. I made the snowflakes with cake dress so they were light and delicate. The berries were actual cranberries dipped in sugar crystals. All the tiers are Christmas inspired flavors. Pistachio with honey BC, Orange citrus with cranberry butter and vanilla BC, and Pumpkin with salted caramel BC.
