I had so much fun putting this cake together for my latest Craftsy class (Elegant Techniques) as one of the inspiration cakes. I'm so excited to finally share it!! The bottom tier is wafer paper, the middle is modeling chocolate with a pin dot silhouette effect and the top is a bas-relief technique.
