This was a dinosaur extravaganza for my son's 7th birthday. the T-Rex head was sculpted and molded using a combination of yellow cake with buttercream icing, RKT and covered in fondant. The cupcakes are chocolate with Chocolate SMBC and topped with dinosaurs made of gumpaste using the patchwork cutters. Everything is hand painted with food coloring. I was going to airbrush the dinosaur but my airbrush wasn't working.
