Celebration cake to feed 50 to 70 people... 12' x 12'. This is a buttercream covered 90th Birthday cake made for Chris. Two layer victoria sponge filled with buttercream and strawberry glaze. All leaves, numbers and roses are pure chocolate and hand moulded. No colouring was permitted. Cake weighs in at 5.6kg. The only thing not edible was the ribbon and cake board.
