Horse Cake

I made this cake for my son's 3rd B-Day...I just made it using two pyrex bowls one smaller than the other....covered in buttercream, carrot is fondant with a sprig of fresh parsley for the top....fruit by the foot for the bridle, the eye was just layered pieces of fondant and the ears and neck were scrap pieces cut off the sides of the bowl shapes so they would fit together more snuggly.
