Made this for my daughter's birthday. My first topsy turvy and my first icing w/chocolate ganache under fondant. Grabbed a few ideas from several cakes and then turned them into a topsy turvy, everything edible except for bears. Bottom was chocolate cake w/hazelnut truffle filling. Top was rainbow cream cheese pound cake w/cream cheese filling. Iced in chocolate ganache and covered in white chocolate fondant. Took a short cut w/the rainbow version of the cake as I did not have the time to bake each colored layer separately, but still turned out ok. My daughter loved her cake.
